THINGS I'M MISSING.

i'm just missing a lot of things lately. i think because uni is nearly finished for the year and i want to do all these things, but then i remember it is only september and uni really isn't close to finishing as i thought - damn you education ;-)! however, the FYI at uni is that i think i know what my average is for my subjects! i kind of wish it was a little higher, and i am trying, but i cannot complain that i am getting an education! here are just some of the things i am missing, and i hope in my 3 months holiday - i'll never get this again - that i get to do all these things:

lets be honest, i could write a whole list of things i'm missing, like my mum and my step-dad who are on holiday, will and his parents who are on holiday, and my cousins, who either live too far away, or are on holiday!

LIVE LIFE.

lately life has been pretty hectic, with uni doing the whole - do work, now - and my family who always want to hang out (i'm not complaining, i absolutely love the distraction)! so, to get caught up on the ins and outs of my normal, average, boring life, i've picked a few picks that depict that life. thanks.

^^^since summer is literally around the corner, maddy and i have been making juices like no tomorrow. though it is difficult to make then in the morning with early morning starts, so we do the weekend juices. they are so amazing! also, frozen yoghurt?! like, i had it the first time a couple of weeks ago, and now, that's all i seem to think about...^^^

^^^my good friend dani moved to NY for a dance academy, and to celebrate her amazing achievemnt, we went out to darling harbour to an amazing restaurant, (which i can't remember the name!) and pacha, which is a very interesting club... but, we also got to hang out with my bestie sarrah, so i really couldn't care where we were. i would even happily play wii and yell at the screen (fond memories).^^^

^^^these kids. how adorable?! they are growing so so so fast, and getting their own little character. edie is so loud and always smiling, whilst nate is quiet and very content little guy. *sigh^^^

^^^i was really sick on father's day, but of course i had to get a picture with miss edie pie, who loves the camera. i feel like this is going to be crazy when she grows up and she'll know how obsessed i am with her...;-) (ps. all the little kids were either asleep, late or couldn't make it!) ^^^

THEMED 50TH!

a few (well, very few) weeks ago, my family celebrate another big milestone – a 50^th! we like a good party, yes we do! it was even better because it was themed ‘come as…anything’. so, naturally, maddy and my amazing cousin/best friend, emma went as charlie’s angels. I think we were pretty good looking, if I do say so myself. ;-)

i love when our family is together! we are so close, i never want to destroy our relationship! We of course has amazing food, great dancing and some lovely speeches made my the birthday girl’s sons – when i say lovely, they were pretty fun, just like her sons!

the night was amazing, and the next day is even better-ish, because you get to eat all the left over food, and get over your hang-over. ;-) thank you for an amazing night, aunty di di, and cannot wait for another excuse to get together (maybe celebrating the end of the month?!)

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

(belated one…)

thank you for being the greatest men in my life. i am who i am because of what you’ve made me be.

if you live in australia, then i hope you spoilt your father rotten with love and compassion. went easy on his old nerves, and didn’t complain once when he asked you to do the washing. if you didn’t celebrate father’s day, i hope you did those things anyone, because lets face it, they are amazing. and i’m lucky that i have the best dad and step-dad in the world.
